Started in March 2005, it uses the space made available by Graziano Trasmissioni, the company that took over the factories that belonged to DEMM.
Dynamic and non-static museum. Inside the museum, the history of international motorcycling is told through guided tours.
The Livio Andreuzza motorcycle museum was born from a strong passion for two wheels and was inaugurated on June 5, 2004.
The museum is the result of the passionate research of Alfio Gottardo, a great scholar of mechanics and technology. The collection of the exhibits is the result of this activity of him. Hundreds of vehicles, equipment, machines from all eras and from all countries of the world are exhibited in the museum. Its structure, partly outdoors and partly indoors, guarantees a visit that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor. Cars and motorcycles, exhibited indoors, represent one of the strong points of the collection.
Combining business with pleasure is a very rare thing. A great opportunity to do this is, for those who love historic vehicles, to stop for a dinner near Caniparola di Fosdinovo, in the province of Massa. The collection created by the collector Alberto Stagnari in what was a well-known dance floor in the area in the 1960s is worth a visit. Over 180 motorcycles and scooters are housed in the premises connected to the restaurant. In the museum there are motorcycles from the 1920s to the 1970s of only Italian brands. Many of these are from Moto Guzzi.
